Sometimes people don’t know what to do. That is a communication and clarity issue.
Sometimes people don’t have the right incentive to do it. That’s a reward and structure problem.
Don’t be afraid to test all three options in your platform.
Run a program around training and see what happens.
Then run a program with enhanced communication. Check the results.
Run a program with various award and structures with different groups if you can. See what the outcome is.
You don’t HAVE to only run “do x get y” programs.
You own the design. You own the approach. Try different things and see what works best for your audience and your markets.
