It’s time to show your love!
Go out to your incentive platform communications center right now and send a Valentine message to your participants.
Thank them for their work and their effort. Tell them how much they mean to you. Add a few points to the message. Be clever – say something like:
“We can’t send you kisses and hugs but here are some points you can use to say ‘you matter’ to someone else who supports your efforts every day.”
And then link to the catalog for redemption.
You can always find reasons to nudge your participants to the catalog so they can experience receiving an award. Receiving points isn’t the same as getting the physical reward. I’ve heard from some providers that engagement with a program increase 400% after the first actual reward redemption.
